How does pre-ordering work?

Select your biryani, choose a lunch or dinner slot, and place your order before the cutoff time. We prepare everything fresh and deliver within your chosen window.

What are lunch/dinner order timings?

To maintain our fresh-daily promise, we require advanced notice. Lunch: Order by 10:00 PM the previous night. Dinner: Order by 3:00 PM the same day. This lead time allows Chef Yasmin the necessary hours to slow-cook your meal using traditional methods.

Which areas do you serve?

We currently serve Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. Orders are available only within these serviceable locations.

Can I cancel an order?

We understand that plans change. Please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel. As we are a small-batch, fresh-prep kitchen, cancellations must be requested before our cooking process begins.

Do you have a physical outlet?

Nawabi Kitchen is a specialized cloud kitchen. We do not have a public storefront, which allows us to focus entirely on the quality and preparation of your delivery meals.

Can I customize my spice level?

Our heritage recipes are crafted to be authentic and balanced. However, if you have specific requests for dietary preferences or spice levels, please mention them in the notes or message us on WhatsApp before your order is processed.

Do you cater for parties or bulk orders?

Yes. We bring authentic Nawabi flavors to your private events and gatherings. Please contact us via WhatsApp at least 48 hours in advance to discuss your menu and requirements.
